These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and Koplo77 ("Koplo77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at koplo77.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all games, betting services, payment processing, bonuses, customer support, and any other features made available through the Platform.

• "Account" means the individual player account created and maintained by a registered User on the Koplo77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, inclusive of real-money deposits and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other non-cash incentive made available to Players subject to wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a Player's verified payment method into their Koplo77 Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the minimum total wager amount a Player must place before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's Koplo77 Account to their verified payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before first withdrawal or when requested by Koplo77's compliance team.
• "Platform" means the Koplo77 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated applications or services operated under the koplo77.cam domain.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.

To register and maintain an active account on Koplo77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Koplo77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players in accordance with international standards for casino-style online gambling.
• You are registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not aware of any applicable law in your jurisdiction that prohibits you from accessing or using an online gambling platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded or had an account suspended or terminated by Koplo77 or any affiliate platform.

Koplo77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, or source of funds from any Player at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure.

Each eligible individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the Koplo77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, IP address, payment method, device, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and the permanent closure of all identified accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must notify Koplo77 promptly of any changes to this information via the account management portal or by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share, sell, or transfer access to your account to any third party. Koplo77 will never solicit your password via any channel.

Koplo77 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or close any account where it has reason to believe that registration information is inaccurate, incomplete, or has been provided fraudulently.

All financial transactions on the Koplo77 Platform are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Koplo77 supports the following Malaysian payment methods:

Withdrawals: Koplo77 processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX are completed within fifteen (15) minutes. Standard bank wire transfers are completed within sixty (60) minutes. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees — delays may occur during periods of high volume or during mandatory compliance review.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that has been previously used to deposit funds into your account. Koplo77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Koplo77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to an administrative fee upon withdrawal. Koplo77 reserves the right to reverse deposits back to the original payment method in cases of suspected fraud or regulatory compliance requirements.

Koplo77 may offer various promotional incentives to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to stated wagering requirements (rollover) before the bonus amount or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses must be wagered in full before any withdrawal request will be processed against a balance that contains bonus funds.
• Free bets and bonus credits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Koplo77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to have exploited bonus terms — including but not limited to using low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or operating multiple accounts to claim promotions — will have their bonus entitlements forfeited and their accounts may be suspended or permanently closed.
• In cases of dispute regarding bonus calculations, Koplo77's records shall be the definitive reference.

By placing any wager or participating in any game on the Koplo77 Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets and game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform system. Koplo77 does not reverse settled bets except in cases of verified technical malfunction or manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, payouts, or game outcomes caused by a technical fault, Koplo77 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake amount to the Player's account.
• Koplo77's platform software and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is independently tested and certified. Published RTP percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of short-term outcomes.
• Koplo77 does not guarantee the continuous or uninterrupted availability of any game, sports market, or live betting event. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual betting markets and game titles. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may be adjusted at Koplo77's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Koplo77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one account, whether for yourself or on behalf of any third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you know the Platform is not available in your jurisdiction.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, harvesting data, or circumventing security controls.
• Engaging in money laundering, match fixing, or any other activity that involves the use of the Platform to facilitate or conceal criminal conduct.
• Colluding with other Players in live poker, live dealer games, or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG patterns, or any Platform vulnerability to gain an advantage not contemplated by the normal rules of the applicable game.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with Koplo77 customer support.

All content on the Koplo77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, interface designs, trademarks, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Koplo77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of Koplo77.

Koplo77 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Koplo77 will not sell your personal data to unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.

Koplo77 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and takes its duty of care to all players seriously. The Platform offers the following responsible gambling tools, accessible via account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set and adjust (increases subject to a cooling-off period of 24–72 hours).
• Loss Limits: A maximum net loss ceiling within a defined time window.

• Loss of data, winnings, or account balance resulting from technical failure, software error, or third-party service interruption.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling on the Platform, including losses attributable to game outcomes, odds errors subsequently voided, or promotional terms not met.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or regulatory compliance requirements.

Koplo77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Koplo77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice to registered Players. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the address on file, via a prominent notice on the Platform, or via both channels.

The date of the most recent revision will be updated in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the international jurisdiction under which Koplo77 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Koplo77's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
